By downloading, installing, or using the MyHayd App (the "App"), you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms outlined in these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the entire mobile application and any communication (e.g., email) between you and MyHayd App.
The MyHayd App provides religious guidance and rulings derived exclusively from Islamic law (Sharia) as interpreted and applied according to the authoritative positions of the Hanafi madhhab, one of the four recognized schools of Islamic jurisprudence. The App’s features and outputs are designed to deliver these rulings in a consistent and deterministic manner, ensuring that results are objective, based on established Hanafi legal principles, and not subject to personal interpretation or discretionary variation. Just as a calculator produces a fixed result (e.g., 1 + 1 = 2) based on predefined mathematical rules, the MyHayd App applies the codified methodologies, scholarly consensus, and authoritative texts of the Hanafi madhhab to generate precise, standardized religious answers. The correct functioning of the App has been rigorously established by Mufti Khalil Johnson, alongside a dozen other qualified scholars and experts, through the verification of over one thousand hand-checked answers. While it is always possible that an oversight may have occurred, such an eventuality is considered highly unlikely due to the extensive review process. If you believe you have identified a mistake, we encourage you to contact us at admin@myhayd.app with your concerns, and we will evaluate the merits of your objection. MyHayd App Services Inc. reserves the right to agree or disagree with your findings based on our assessment and the authoritative standards of the Hanafi madhhab. Users acknowledge that the App’s rulings are derived solely from these objective Hanafi standards and are not tailored to individual circumstances, alternative interpretations, or other jurisprudential schools unless explicitly stated otherwise. The App is intended as a tool to provide reliable Hanafi-based religious guidance, and MyHayd App Services Inc. stands behind the accuracy of its application of these established rules. For personalized religious advice or fatwas specific to individual situations, users are encouraged to consult qualified Islamic scholars.
